How do I return an item?

Please use the "contact" button at the bottom of this page to email a request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
All merchandise returned must be in salable condition. Include item name, invoice or order number, reason for return request (eg, defective, not wanted, wrong item). Return Credit is applied first to any outstanding balances on account.
PLEASE FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS, AS RETURNS WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER CANNOT BE TRACKED, SO MUST BE REFUSED.
