For 100 days after purchase you may return any NLP Comprehensive product purchase from us for a FULL REFUND of your purchase price less outstanding balances on your account, if any.

Exceptions: some higher priced products, special sales, and other offers may differ. The item description on the web site or other material will indicate when this applies. Seminars, trainings, conferences, other live events, and home study programs including the Portable Practitioner Program and the Portable Master Practitioner Program, subscriptions or memberships, are excluded and are covered by their own special guarantees

RETURNING A PURCHASE: How do I return an item?
Please use the "contact" button at the bottom of this page to email a request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO A SPECIFIC ADDRESS WHICH IS DIFFERENT FROM OUR MAIN OFFICE ADDRESS. THIS WILL BE SUPPLIED WITH THE RMA.
All merchandise returned must be in salable condition. Include item name, invoice or order number, reason for return request (eg, defective, not wanted, wrong item). PLEASE FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS AS RETURNS WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER WILL BE REJECTED BY THE WAREHOUSE.
